HTTP Error 500 solve without cloudflare logins

What is the name of the domain?

keyag.co.za

What is the error number?

500

What is the issue you’re encountering

I can’t access the backend to fix or solve the issue

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

the Client of the site can’t remeber their Cloudflare login details and I can’t get into their cPanel either and it’s giving a 522 Error. How can I resolve this?

They can enter their email here to initiate a password reset: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-password

Or if they’ve forgotten the correct email address too, they can enter the domain here and Cloudflare will send a reminder message to the correct email address: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email

But the 503 error message is coming from the Apache web server hosting the site. So unless you want to point the domain to another server, there’s really nothing to do in the Cloudflare account to fix the 503 error.

And if you must point the domain to another server and your client is unable to log in to Cloudflare at all and, you can point the domain anywhere by changing nameservers at the domain’s registrar.

Let the client contact their hosting provider that provided this cPanel for assistance.

Good luck!
