HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP Randomly Not being Passed

For Workers & Pages, what is the name of the domain?

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

For some random requests HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP is not being passed in the server headers. Its happening to all of our users across the board. We had to turn off IP restrictions for now. It will randomly not be there and then its there for 50+ requests in a row for that user.
