In my Firefox web browser, I do see:

I’ve recently, few days ago added a new domain and I do see it’s enabled.
May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser?
Yes, I’ve tried Chrome Firefox Safari and both the old and new appearance.

We have identified a quirk with how the dashboard toggle for HTTP/3 interacts with the backend which can sometimes cause problems like this. For now, if anyone faces a similar issue, we would recommend using the API to make these changes:
