How would I redirect everything except one thing?

Okay so, I want to redirect everything on a sub-domain including the main domain itself, which would be *.domain.net/, but I want to keep one specific sub-domain free of this redirect…
Something like *(not sub).domain.net/, but I’m sure that wouldn’t work itself… anyone have the answer to that?

For me I’ll create another page rule on top of the page rule that does redirect. I’ll pick any random option for the page rule just to make it do something else instead of redirect (e.g. Browser Integrity Check).
