We are now using Freshdesk ticketing system in our company. It’s a web-based ticketing system that allows for a custom portal (support.bungalow5.com). However, when I got to my portal I see that my site is “not secure” yet I have a Universal SSL for *bungalow5.com.
Does the traffic need to be proxied in or for the SSL to apply my portal site?
Any help gladly appreciated.
