How to use IP Address restriction on IIS?

Hi
I’m using IP Address restriction on IIS to allow only certain IP addresses to authenticate to some folder.
When I started to use the cloudfare, the “source” ip was changed so now i can’t ALLOW this ip.
How can i set it right ?

This module has another purpose or just this one ?

That should be mostly for rewriting the addresses.
