How to use Cloudflare with BigCommerce (too many redirects)?

Our website is with BigCommerce and they have switched to using Cloudflare domain servers. Our domain is also with Cloudflare (registered in February so we cannot change). We need to point our URL to the new BigCommerce/Cloudflare IP adress and this is causing “too many redirects” and the site crashing.

We are not an Enterprise customer with Cloudflare so the o2o option does not seem like it will work for us.

We have tried pointing the CNAME to our BigCommerce store URL but that resulted in too many redirects and took our site down.

How do we use Cloudflare with BigCommerce if we are not an Enterprise customer?

What is your SSL setting here if it isn’t Full Strict try changing it to Full Strict
