How to use Cloudflare in my subdomain?
My blog awaremyindia.com is in free plan of Cloudflare.
can i add my subdomain site is also on it?

You can just add the DNS record for your subdomain in the Cloudflare dashboard set to 
which will enable Cloudflare there too.
