Download cloudflared. The command to start the DNS server is cloudflared proxy-dns --address 0.0.0.0 --port 53 --upstream https://1.1.1.1/dns-query --upstream https://1.0.0.1/dns-query after that point the devices you have to the server where cloudflared is installed and it will start resolving.

Cloudflared itself is a CLI tool, so there is no GUI.
