How to upgrade from PHP 5.3 to PHP 7.1?

Hi -
Just tried to open my website and received this message:
Fatal error:
The file/home/ferdyfer/public_html/womenshealthbiz.com/library/amazon.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.3 and cannot run under PHP 7.1 or later. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 7.1. in Unknown on line 0

My website is hosted with Cloudflare.
How to upgrade to PHP 7.1?

Sorry, but Cloudflare does not host your website. Cloudflare just proxies traffic between visitors and your actual web server.
