I am setting up MX Records for a client and a search shows that DNS records are on Cloudflare’s .
The client does not know how to gain access to these Namesevers so that the DNS Records can be updated as they can not trace the one who did the initial setup. Anyone who knows the procedure for the client to regain access so that the DNS records can be updated.

Hi, they will need access to the Cloudflare account that holds the DNS records.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
