How to update DNS after migrating to new hosting provider?

I am migrating my site to a2 hosting today. Domain is with namecheap.

I am using Ezoic.com ad network and integrating my site via Cloudflare in Ezoic.

So, My question is,

How to update my DNS record in both Cloudflare and Ezoic>
