Thanks for the pointer to help. In our case, a user inadvertently created another account and entered our main domain as being owned by that new account. So, no, we did not follow that doc because we wanted to do the opposite: cancel the incorrect request to move.
Unless you change the nameservers at your registrar to the ones in the other account, the domain will not activate in the other account. Make sure that the names at your domain registrar match the ones shown in the correct account.
Once you have that sorted, you may want to fix you invalid SPF record. See the following test results for more information.
