Hello i have a HUGE problem
since 2 weeks my website does not work.
The tech support of my hoster is a lazy piece of sh##. They play since 2 weeks ping pong with me. They can&t log in into my account because they need the email 2fa code. The problem is, we are never online at the same time. And they are unable to contact me via a private mail. and being online at same time also does not work. because their support system is ■■■■ and they need to reply the newest emails first. So, even if i give them the email code at a specific time, it will be expired when they will access it
So WHERE in cloudflare dashboard can i turn off this 2fa stuff? so that i wont have to type in the 2fa code of the email

its really extremely annoying sorry for ranting here but fuckkk

It sounds like you are giving your login credentials to your hosting provider. We don’t advise doing that. It may be better for them to create their own Cloudflare login and you can give them access to your account as a member
