How to troubleshoot connection issue with One Agent

I have 3 devices connected to Zero Trust, a Mac, iPad and iPhone, all working fine until weeks ago iPad and iPhone stop working, with the same network, the Mac stilling working fine, how do I troubleshoot this on iOS? The info in diagnostics seems to be useless for me, couldn’t find any errors in it. I’ve tried reset network on iOS, migrated client to one agent from 1.1.1.1, and still no luck, stuck in “connecting”, it should not my network issue, I’ve tried several different networks, home, work, different internet provider, still same thing, Mac working fine and iOS not working.
