How to translate the welcome page for the Mode Under Attack

I have activated the Mode Under Attack, and I would like a walcome page in French
Can you help please.

Hi @r.mechri,

I would expect the language change to be automatic, this was introduced (including French) back in 2011, is this not the case for you with the language selected?
