My domain was not registered with Cloudflare Registrar (the registrar is Namecheap)
I want to transfer my domain to a different Cloudflare account. How do I do that?
Doing that method of switching the nameservers will mean that all the existing page rules, SLS/TLS settings, etc. don’t get moved over.
Is that really the only way?
That is correct, that is the only way currently. I suggest you copy and save the settings so you do not miss any. Sorry about the inconvenience caused here.
