How to transfer domain using the transfercode?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I cannot transfer the domain to Cloudlare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I want to transfer the domain to Cloudflare:

  • I didnt know to update the nameserver before so I didnt.
  • But now I have the transfercode anyway.
  • I cannot enter the transfercode in Cloudflare. My guess is because I missed to update the nameserver before.
  • On my current registrar during pending transfer I cannot update the nameserver anymore.

I am in deadlock. What can I do?

If you can’t cancel the transfer at your current registrar, it should sutomatically fail in a few days.

Then you should be able to change the nameservers.
