how to transfer Cloudflare DNS back to 123-reg who host my domain?? I dont know how to navigate Cloudflare site…please help

The move needs to be done on the other’s registrar site. Nothing to do on Cloudflare’s side, except, maybe, delete the zone after you moved away, but it’s gonna happen automatically after a while.
