Is there a way to transfer a domain to another Cloudflare account? I have a domain, and I want to transfer the DNS and everything to another account.
Do I need to contact Cloudflare support?

Here are the instructions for that:
Note that the settings won’t transfer across, you can export the DNS records on the old account and import them to the new one, but can’t easily transfer all the settings over without manually going through both accounts.
That transfer document explains the account process, but doesn’t quite lead you to the DNS export/import process.
