For Workers & Pages, what is the name of the domain?

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

My workflow workflow-campaigns-staging is stuck in an infinite loop and the dashboard won’t load because of it.
Is there a way to manually terminate a running workflow from CLI or API?

I have succeed to remove the workflow through wrangler
