Hello,
My website is currently hosted on Cloudways, and I have integrated the Cloudflare Enterprise addon along with the Breeze cache plugin. However, my site is still loading slowly.
Can you assist me in speeding up my website? Should I upgrade to the Pro plan on Cloudflare, considering I am already on the Enterprise plan through Cloudways?

There are various reasons why a website may be slow and unfortunately it is not always an easy solution to fix
Have you run through this document on recommendations you can look at? - https://www.cloudflare.com/learning/performance/speed-up-a-website/
Also under the Speed tab on Cloudflare dashboard, you should see a feature called ‘Observatory’ have you run a test on your website through this tool? - This would give you some recommendations on how you can improve performance with features on Cloudflare.
I had a look at the offering on Cloudways Cloudflare’s enterprise package, and it looks pretty good and offers some nice speed features that should improve your performance, so don’t think Pro plan on Cloudflare would benefit you much.
If your able to run your site through a testing tool like https://www.webpagetest.org and share the results here we can see if there are any obvious reasons for slowness.
