How to setup a Load Balancer incase a VPS is down

I need help setting the Load Balancer for a VPS backup. I want it to switch VPS IP in case the website goes down.

There is no clear tutorial on doing this setup.

Checked that document and set up most of it. But it’s still not clear if I got the settings right

I’m not willing to activate it if the settings aren’t correct. Plus I am already getting errors on both health pool.
