So pretty much I have a domain which www. domainname .net redirects to my Tebex store (Game server related) I use
cname record to redirect.
The problem is the website only works if I go to www. version of it. If I enter websiteName .net it wont work. I tried using
CNAME record to redirect from @ to www. name .net, I need some guidance please.

Tihs is more if I wanted to use different domain, its within the same domain, only that the WWW. version of my website works, and the non www gets a DNS error, or would this still work regardless?
It will work in the same domain just the same. You can also use the new Redirect Rules instead if you prefer. Look at example number one in the following guide.
