I also have the problem with adding a site into Cloudflare account hosted by goddady. Each time I tried to add my site it doesn’t work due to loss of dns.

Make sure that after you add the site to Cloudflare that the DNS records in your Cloudflare account match the DNS records at GoDaddy. Then switch your domain’s name servers to what Cloudflare told you to.

Your name servers do not yet point to Cloudflare, have those been changed with your registrar? For ssl, on the SSL/TLS app, click enable universal ssl and set as needed, options explained here, https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170416-What-do-the-SSL-options-mean-.
