How to set Cloudflare to ONLY work with 1 app?

I am using 24 VPS that I need Permanent and long time solutions for.

I was using Proxifier with Iproyal and its getting costly. So i wouldnt mind paying Cloudflare if it works. I tried using Cloudflare default settings and Its causing a Huge Lag in my VPS.

SO the solution to this lag is that

I only want Cloudflare Warp to be used by X.Synapse.to and everything else will not be touched by Cloudflare. How is this possible in the settings?
