How to set a bypass policy

Another question I have is we have a website on another server that connects directly to this self-hosted app. In the traditional setting, we have this IP to bypass the VPN requirement in .htaccess file.

In CloudFlare access, would this be:
Self Hosted App
Bypass
IP Range - The website IP Address

Is this the correct configuration?
