How to select the pops closest to the website's target audience

Hello.
My server is on the east coast of the United States and the audience of my website is Italian only.
Adding / cdn-cgi / trace to my website url it turns out that the PoP is in Austria, but according to the PoP’s Cloudfalre map there are 3 pops in Italy. It would be more logical to have a result closer to the website’s audience.
What is the Cloudlfare solution to switch from Austrian pop to Italian? (APO could be a solution for example)?

You don’t get to pick the POP that your site is served from. It could be that the POPs in Italy are smaller, so only a select number of customers get access to them.
