I am not sure what is my account that tie with the cloudfare? Therefore, how can I retrieve the accounts that consist of website?

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. 
Cloudflare probably doesn’t host your website. The Cloudflare products that provide hosting aren’t traditional hosting products. Your site most likely uses Cloudflare DNS and proxy services.
If you don’t know which Cloudflare account you are using with your site, you can use the self-service recovery methods. For security and privacy reasons, Cloudflare cannot disclose account information. If you are unable to recover access, you will need to move your domain to another account.

As previously indicated, that is not possible for security and privacy reasons. If you are unable to determine the account that contains your domain, the only remaining option is to move it to a new Cloudflare account.

If I transfer the domain from another cloudfare, will it affect the data on the website?
Since CF is not the hosting platform, it will not affect the data.
