How to restore Account ownership to Admin

I am the owner of the company that holds an account with three domains in it (one PRO and two free). I was not the one setting up the account. Our previous Systems Admin made the account and created himself as owner, and me only a regular admin. He left the company hastily, and I need to regain control over my Cloudflare account. I can furnish proof of ownership, but I think the main one is that I am paying for the account. Our state business registrar displays publicly the ownership information of my company. I have many ways to prove ownership.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Entered two tickets with support dating back two months but received no reply
Escalated the priority level request for my tickets.
Unsuccessfully tried logging in as the Owner Role person. I have user and password information, but I do not second device for 2fa.
Unsuccessfully tried getting into the computer that was used by the previous systems admin to request change of ownership from “trusted device.”

Typically the only way to recover the account or make yourself super admin requires having access to the super admin email.

Thank you for your reply. I understand the typical ways, none of which are applicable to my situation. My last resort is to cancel Cloudflare somehow, maybe by placing a stop payment on the credit card, since I can’t do anything billing related inside the dashboard. After cancelling, maybe I establish a new account and go through another transition. But this approach has so many problems, and so much labor related to it that it is almost unfathomable. Since the account is paid by me, and the company is my property, there has to be a way. I had contacted my law team to discuss options of compelling Cloudflare through legal means, but that is also so much work. I can’t see how my case is unique. There must have been others like mine, and people got around these problems. Anyhow. The case numbers are as follows:

I performed all the tasks you asked me to and now I am waiting for Cloudflare to acknowledge. I fear I have gotten off the radar now and it will take another two months before someone notices my requests through here and ticket 01291101 . I really hope this isn’t the case.
