It should be provided in your info from GoDaddy. Can you view DNS records in your GoDaddy control panel? If this is the case, make the A record in Cloudflare match the one there.

Go to your DNS tab in the Cloudflare dashboard, see if there is already an A record there. If there is, check that it matches this IP. If not, add one there.
