How to report Brute Force Attack Attempts?

Hello there,
Wanted to ask how to report IP’s that have made Brute Force Attack Attempts on a website.
If websites have DNS pointing to Cloudflare, I assume I should report it to them, but not really sure how.

Thank you !

Report what to whom?

Which IP address was it? You can always report it to the responsible abuse address, however that is not exactly a Cloudflare related issue then.

I apologize if my question was unclear.
I want to report the IP’s that the Brute Force Attack Attempts originated from. Since these IP addresses have DNS records pointing to Cloudflare, I assumed Cloudflare is the authority that I should notify about this malicious activity, so that Cloudflare could keep their servers free from abusers. If not, what would be the proper “abuse address” as you’ve put it, that I should turn to?

One such IP example is:
A user with IP addr 46.30.45.74 has been locked out from signing in or using the password recovery form for the following reason: Used an invalid username to try to sign in.
User IP: 46.30.45.74
User hostname: bettingtipsx.com
User location: Moscow, Russia

I guess this might not be considered Cloudflare related issue, since it’s not your fault that this happens, but I’m not really looking to blame anybody, just raise a red flag, so that other users without the proper security measures aren’t subjects to attacks from the same user.

That IP address is not a Cloudflare one but belongs to Eurobyte. You’d need to contact their abuse team.
