That’s Cloudflare Web Analytics, check Analytics & Logs → Web Analytics in your account overview, look for one for your site with Automatic Setup enabled and disable.

If you are using Cloudflare Pages to host your website, it could also be from that, in your Pages Project under Manage → Web Analytics is where you would disable that.
