How to remove myself from an organization that enforces 2FA if we no longer have access to that organization?

I need to remove 2FA from my account to migrate from Google Authenticator to Authy, but I’m unable to do it since an account I used to belong to enforces it.

I no longer have access to that account, in fact, no one does.

How can I remove myself from that account in order to migrate my 2FA?

I’m getting this message: An account you are a member of still requires Two-Factor Authentication (Code: 1105)
