How to remove my public IP from blacklist

How can I remove my public IP from the blacklist, try all means, check for viruses on my network, everything is fine, but I still have a problem.
Most of the sites ask me for a security check. And I want to avoid that in my network.

May I suggest contacting your ISP and checking your IP address at any RBL online tool, even on the abuseipdb.com.

Restart your router to get a new IP address, hopefully which is not blaclisted.
