How to remove DNS provider (that I don't see on my Cloudflare account)?

For Workers & Pages, what is the name of the domain?

deehomeservices.app

What is the error message?

Remove the records below in your DNS provider to verify you own deehomeservices.app

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

Cloudflare internal issues I assume.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I removed all dns providers multiple times. I waited for short amount of time as well as for a whole day to re-try. I used flutterflow and I used firebase, same results.

Screenshot of the error

If you have any A, AAAA or CNAME record pointing to some external hosting service that expects to see the the IP or hostname they gave you, then please set these record(s) to DNS-Only :grey:. This will disable Cloudflare’s proxy for the zone.

If you meant you have no DNS records at all, then this would indeed be an internal Cloudflare issue. But please share a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS page to confirm there are no DNS records and that your assigned nameservers are norm.ns.cloudflare.com and celine.ns.cloudflare.com.

Standing by.

I only have the ones I added. Nothing else shows on cloudflare. But how do I get support from cloudflare if it’s an internal issue they have?

It’s the very first record in your list in the screenshot. Cloudflare doesn’t have a problem. As @GeorgeAppiah indicated this is expected behavior for a proxied record. Set the :orange: to :grey: as he indicated in his original response.
