Could somebody please tell me how to remove the context menu from the Stream Player and how to add custom items to it, like “About this Service”?

Thank you for your links but they don’t really help me. I was part of the discussion on the article from your first link 
I also opened this thread a while ago because I didn’t find the old information about the custom context menu but I haven’t manage to customize the context menu yet.
So I’m still needing some help / advise how to tackle this.
