Hi all. I bought a domain on Cloudflare and want to connect it to another hosting. But I have a problem, Cloudflare prompts me to create a website (if I don’t create it, I get an error when I click on “domain management”). I don’t need a website here, but I had to create it. And the problem is that I can contribute any records on the domain and they are updated within 10 minutes, but the NS records do not change. They remain ara. ns. Cloudflare. com and keaton. ns. Cloudflare. com, and they don’t change. There is no normal support and no normal guides at all, which is strange. What should I do? I wanted to use Cloudflare just as a registrar and nothing more…
Using Cloudflare as your registrar requires using Cloudflare for your DNS. It is non-negotiable. If you must use other nameservers, you will need to transfer your domain registration to another registrar.
7.2 nameservers
Registrant agrees to use Cloudflare’s nameservers. REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT MAY NOT CHANGE THE NAMESERVERS ON THE REGISTRAR SERVICES, AND THAT IT MUST TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY REGISTRAR IF IT WISHES TO CHANGE NAMESERVERS.
