How to release a DDNS in firewall rules?

For some reasons, my telecom operator gave me a dynamic IP address, and I used DDNS to ensure that the web service on this server is available
But when I want Cloudflare WAF to release this IP address
I found that firewall rules can only allow one static IP or one IP segment
What can I do to enable the firewall rules to automatically update the allowed IP or allow DDNS?

You would have to write a local script on your computer to make an API call to Allow your IP address full access.
