You’ll have to email:
support AT cloudflare DOT com from the email address associated with your account.
Problem is they do not have access to that email account. That is what we are trying to fix. Company that set it up is no where to be found.
Then your best bet is to set up a new account here, then change your name servers (at your registrar) to the ones on that new account.
