I can’t find how I can redirect a site permanently from cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have go through the Cloudflare account, but haven’t find any option.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Start here…

Make sure the domain/subdomain(s) you are redirecting from has a proxied DNS record. If only redirecting where there is no origin server use a proxied AAAA record pointing to 100::.
