What is the name of the domain?

joyoushellbook.com & kristenvonclef.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

My domain is not redirecting.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I posted in the forum before and they gave me directions to resolve. It worked temporarily and then stopped.

You need a DNS record for the domains you are redirecting from.

For each, create a DNS proxied DNS record for @ as AAAA 100:: if you are just redirecting the domain to another.

I got joyoushellbook.com redirecting–thank you. However, I tried to go through the identical process with kristenvonclef.com and it would not redirect. I went step by step and then side by side compared the two and they seem to match.

It’s still not sending me to the correct site.

Depends on what you mean by “correct site”.

Both domains redirect to https://joyoushellbook.wordpress.com/ at my end, showing WordPress.com’s default “Coming Soon” page.

Are you expecting to see something else?
