The redirection of my website doesn’t apply to the url without www. Someone from systeme.io (the software with which I created and manage my website) did the redirection for me but they don’t seem to want to help me on this very problematic. The DNS seem to work according to cloudflare and I am not in capacity to understand why my aecriture.fr display my former website (from an other platform) and www.aecriture.fr display the right one. Thank for any help you can get me !
You need to change both DNS entries, the one for aecriture.fr and the one for www, to point to the new hosting.
Right now, your www name appears to be pointing to Cloudfront, while the aecriture.fr (apex domain) entry is pointing to Hostinger. They are two separate names so you have to change both of them together.
