You will need to follow the instructions in that email. Remove any malicious content then contact CF support Trust & Safety. You can also contact them for clarification if you need to. They are the only ones who know why your domain has been suspended.
We, in the community, can’t view your account, and probably even Cloudflare support can’t see the reasons for this. You will have to contact Trust & Safety. I suggest you login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support, choosing ‘Get more help’ at the bottom of the list. You will then be able to select options to get your ticket to the right team.
