How to protect a Windows Server VPS that doesn't have a CNAME

Hello, it’s my first time using cloudflare.
I’m protecting my website with it and it’s working fine.

But now i want to protect my VPS (is not running as a web server) against ddos attacks
but all i have is the IP, and nothing else.
this hosting says that their VPS does not come with a CNAME.
so, is it possible to use cloudflare with this type of VPS?

and if it is possible, what should i ask them to give me to use with cloudflare?

Cloudflare is geared towards protecting websites. Protecting custom traffic to a specific IP is done via Spectrum, which is mostly available only in the Enterprise plan.
