How to properly purge a page

When I purge https://mysite.com/mypage/ should I also purge https://www.mysite.com/mypage/ , http://mysite.com/mypage/ , and http://www.mysite.com/mypage/ ? Thanks in advance.

If you have “Always use HTTPS” on, you should only have to purge https:// urls.

Regarding purging www vs non-www, you only need to purge both if your website is available on both. If your server redirects www -> root, or root -> www, then you only need to purge one url.
