How to prevent Cloudflare Proxy Status from reactivating automatically?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m experiencing an issue where I manually set the Proxy Status for a specific DNS record in Cloudflare to “Disabled” (Gray cloud). However, after about 10 hours, it automatically reverts back to “Enabled” (Orange cloud). I need the proxy to remain disabled for this record permanently.

I’ve checked for any third-party integrations, API scripts, or other automation that might be causing this, but I haven’t found anything that should be changing this setting.

Does anyone know how to prevent Cloudflare from re-enabling the proxy automatically? Any advice or steps I might be missing would be greatly appreciated.

DNS not responding/updating

You are using Ezoic so that will be doing this. Either make your DNS changes in Ezoic, or rotate your global API key to stop Ezoic making changes.
