I purchased the domain riesgopsicosocial.xyz on Cloudflare, but I have the hosting on freehostia.com because I developed a PHP application with its respective database there. What should I do to direct my domain from Cloudflare to freehostia.com? The data I have from Freehostia is NS1: dns1.freehostia.com / 162.210.102.205, NS2: dns2.freehostia.com / 198.23.52.5, Default route 162.210.102.202.

You can’t change the nameservers of a domain registered with Cloudflare as indicated at the time of purchase.
If the host gives you A/AAAA/CNAME records to point at your hosting, then you can use those in your Cloudflare DNS. If the host allows, you can delegate to their nameservers for subdomains (such as www) but not the domain.
If they require you to use their nameservers, then you’ll need to transfer the domain out to another registrar after the (ICANN mandated) 60-days.
