How to perform a reverse pointer on your server

Hello Team,
I hope all is well.
I have an issue with Afrinic with our name server.
I need to be able to change the reverse lookup
I need you to direct where I can effect changes to the reverse lookup.
Below is the error I am getting from Afrinic database whenever I effect a change to our domain. In other words, how to perform a reverse pointer on your server

Error on Afrinic

***Warning: Lame delegation: the nameserver wesley.ns.Cloudflare.com is not
authoritative for the domain 0.139.41.in-addr.arpa

***Warning: Lame delegation: the nameserver ashley.ns.Cloudflare.com is not
authoritative for the domain 0.139.41.in-addr.arpa

Reverse PTR works for Wesley. What are you trying to get it to say?

Hi,

I suspect you are not a hostmaster for Teledata ICT, so you will not be able to create a reverse delegation for 41.139.0.0. (but I could be wrong)

What are you trying to do?

A lame delegation occurs when a nameserver designated as authoritative for a domain name does not respond with authoritative data when queried. In this case, wesley and ashley are not authoritative for that reverse delegation. (ns1.teledataict.com.gh, ns1.twisted4life.com and ns2.teledataict.com.gh are)

Hi,
I am not an expert in this but Afrinic is a unit that give out IP address for Africa. Recently, they sent me a mail saying the below. I am thinking because they could not ping teledataictcom which is on this server. Hence I wanted to change the name servers to wesley and ashley but I got this response too from Afrinic as shown below. Hence my dilemma

Response After Wesley and Ashley Change
***Warning: Lame delegation: the nameserver wesley.ns.Cloudflare.com is not
authoritative for the domain 0.139.41.in-addr.arpa

***Warning: Lame delegation: the nameserver ashley.ns.Cloudflare.com is not
authoritative for the domain 0.139.41.in-addr.arpa

Hi, yes that is correct. I am not the hostmaster for TeledataICT.
That is what I thought for ns1.teledataict.com.gh, ns1.twisted4life.com and ns2.teledataict.com.gh but the mail from Afrinic said they were lame as seen below. Not an expert in that field so trying to find all the answers I can get.
