I have searched and emailed Cloudflare Press contact and I have been unable to find out how to purchase / participate in the Cloudflare IPO.
How does someone participate in the IPO?
Kind of off-topic since it deals more with stocks than CF itself, but generally you go through a brokerage or mutual fund to take part in any IPO. Stocks aren’t traded on a single-share basis until their first day in the market.

As of yesterday it’s a publicly traded stock, NYSE:net. I’d recommend robinhood for stock trading but any exchange works.
